Please be aware that the instructors make plans based on your attendance. With that in mind, the cancellation policy is as follows:
For Three to Five-Day Workshops
Cancellation of your attendance prior to 30 days from the first day of the workshop will allow you to receive a refund, minus 10% processing fee.
If you cancel less than 30 days from the first day of the workshop, no refund will be given back to you. Special Clause: In the rare case that we are able to fill your spot prior to the workshop’s start, you will then receive a refund minus 10% fee. We will do our best to fill your vacancy, but cannot guarantee this.
For One to Two-Day Workshops
Cancellation of your attendance prior to 7 days from the first day of the workshop will allow you to receive a refund, minus 10% processing fee.
If you cancel less than 3 days from the first day of the workshop, no refund will be given back to you. Special Clause: In the rare case that we are able to fill your spot prior to the workshop’s start, you will then receive a refund minus 10% fee. We will do our best to fill your vacancy, but cannot guarantee this.
All workshop fees are non-transferrable.
Kirk Keeler Photography is not responsible for losses due to flight cancellations, nor fees incurred from cancellations of lodging or car rentals as a result of your workshop withdrawal.
